Delivery time

We make every effort to offer our customers the highest level of service. Currently 91% of shipments* arrive within 1-2 business days.

The delivery date is counted from the day following the date of conclusion of the purchase and sale contract by the Customer with Equestria (in accordance with the provisions of §6 of the Regulations of the store), except for purchases made with the option of payment by bank transfer. In the case of payment by bank transfer for the purchased goods, the delivery period begins within a maximum of 2 days from the day following the day on which the Customer ordered the transfer of funds to Equestria for the purchase.

*Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability. The maximum delivery time is 9 working days. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the delivery period is automatically extended to the next working day.

All shipments are delivery by using DPD services.
