Returns 

Taking care of the highest quality of service and comfort of our customers, you have 14 days to make a decision and return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, please fill out form and send it to our address together with the returned product(s).

• We do not accept returns sent to us COD.

• The returned goods cannot bear traces of use other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods (e.g. if we want to try on clothing, we do not cut off the label. We should send it back in the same condition as we received it).

• Feed, supplements and care products are not returnable*

​* the return of medicinal products is possible only in the case of a quality defect or its incorrect release.

• The cost of returning the goods is covered by the buyer.
